Local 58 v. Nasco Services Inc. [2002] O.L.R.D. No. 3192 (Ontario Labour Relations Board)

Application for certification (second of two decisions).  Following a representation vote, the Board dismissed the application after the local conceded it did not have the requisite 40% membership support to entitle it to a representation vote.  The ballots cast in the representation vote were ordered destroyed.
