Application for certification (third of three decisions). The parties resolved their dispute concerning the appropriate description of the bargaining unit and came before the Board asking for a final certificate. The Board issued a certificate for “all wig and make-up employees of the Canadian Opera Company in the City of Toronto, save and except wig and make-up supervisor and persons above the rank of wig and make-up supervisor.”
