Local 822 v. Ross Petty Productions Inc. [2005] O.L.R.D. No. 34 (Ontario Labour Relations Board)

Application for certification (first of two decisions).  On the taking of a representation vote, more than fifty percent of the ballots cast were in favour of the local.  The Board issued a certificate to the local for “all makeup, hair and wardrobe employees of Ross Petty Productions Inc. in the City of Toronto save and except Technical Director and/or Production manager and persons above that rank.”
