Local 891 and Teamsters local 155 v. Mysts Productions Inc. and ACFC West [2008] BCLRB No. 2 (BC Labour Relations Board)

Local 891 and Teamsters local 155 applied for certification as a polyparty union under the Labour Code.  The Employer and ACFC objected to the application on the ground that the locals were not properly constituted as a trade union.  The Board dismissed the objection and found that the Council was properly constituted to apply for certification under the Code.
