NGN Safety Glass (BC) Films Inc. v. BC and Yukon Council of Film Unions [2008] B.C.L.R.B.D. No. 164 (BC Labour Relations Board)

Application for certification where the union filed membership evidence after the date of the certification application.  The Employer argued that the union’s evidence should not be accepted, with the result that the certification application would be denied. The Board rejected the employer’s argument and accepted the union’s late-filed evidence.
