United Steelworkers of America v. Local 873 [2002] O.L.R.D. No. 2874 (Ontario Labour Relations Board)

Second of two decisions.  Application for certification where the Board approved an agreement reached between the parties.  The Board granted the application and issued a certificate for “all employees of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts of the United States, its Territories, and Canada, Local 873, in the City of Toronto, save and except Executive Officers, Treasurer, Chief Accountant, President, Office Manager, the Business Agent and Senior Call Steward.”
