Upshaw v. Local 212 [2000] A.R.B.D. No. 98 (Alberta Labour Relations Board)

The member (Upshaw) filed a complaint after charges were imposed upon him by the local.  Upshaw brought forth evidence that he had an adrenal insufficiency which could have lead to spells of impaired motor skills, including slurring and staggering.  The Board upheld the charges but reduced the penalty to a three-month suspension.
