Vancouver (City) v. Local 118 et al [2007] B.C.L.R.B.D. No. 138

The City applied to the Board to propose changes to the “global provisions” of an essential service order, which changes were opposed by local 118 and other unions.  The Board agreed to some but rejected or deferred on the majority or the proposed changes to the order.
