Blue Man Toronto v. Local 58, Local 822, Canadian Actors’ Equity, AFM Local 149 et al [2005] O.L.R.D. No. 2511 (Ontario Labour Relations Board)

Blue Man applied for a declaration under section 100 of the Labour Relations Act, alleging that the Blue Man Boycott Coalition had called or threatened to call an unlawful strike in connection with its premiere performance at the Panasonic Theatre.  An agreement was reached in mediation and the decision set out certain conditions by which the Coalition agreed to abide in its boycott of the production.
