The TAT allows the appeal of a 1^st assistant camera member of Local 514 who sought to obtain income replacement benefits as a pregnant worker under the Safe Maternity Program under Quebec’s Act respecting occupational health and safety. The decision grants the worker full benefits under the Act. The worker need only show that, had it not been for her pregnancy, she would have accepted contracts with producers which were available at the relevant time according to her classification and experience.
