The Ontario Labour Relations Board dismissed an unfair representation complaint by a member of Local 873 arising out of the publication of the member’s letter to the Business Agent in the local newsletter and his dissatisfaction over the outcome of charges he filed against local officers.  The member filed no submissions as to demonstrate that his complaints were either only internal union matters outside the scope of the Labour Relations Act or how the negotiation of name hiring into a collective agreement constituted arbitrary, discriminatory or bad faith conduct by the Local.
