Exhibition Place v. Local 58 [2002] O.L.A.A. No. 155 (Ontario Labour Arbitration)

The local filed two grievances relating to events during which third parties engaged non-IATSE individuals.  The work was within the jurisdiction of the local.  Accordingly, the arbitrator ordered Exhibition Place to reimburse the local for lost wages and to ensure that lessees comply with the work jurisdiction of the local.
