Nantel v. Local 48 [2003] B.C.L.R.B.D. No. 178 (BC Labour Relations Board)

Second of two decisions.  The member (Nantel) applied for leave and reconsideration of a decision dismissing his duty of fair representation complaint against the local because it had failed to establish that a breach of the Code had apparently occurred.  The Board dismissed the application as failing to raise a serious question as to the correctness of the original decision.  Nantal sought to re-argue many of the points argued before the original panel.
